To complement our team at the MNA Aussenhäuser centre, we are looking for a Team Leader Social Pedagogues at 100% starting 01.12.2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational and personnel management of the respective teams
- Strategic and professional leadership of social pedagogy
- First escalation level within the teams
- Regular exchange and collaboration with support persons
- Responsible for the application and compliance with official standards. Ensure the application of internal procedures and guidelines
- Work in coordination and partnership with colleagues and other agencies (internal/external)
- Develop structures, processes and framework conditions regarding social-pedagogical work further. Ensure integrative work and support of all involved parties. Integrate all necessary specialist services
- Propose improvements to the procedures, processes and tools used. Implement measures in collaboration with the superior authorities
- Conduct regular reporting
- Ensure communication with clients and other authorities. Collaborate with other internal departments
Your Profile
- Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination (HFP, Federal Diploma) or equivalent (Bachelor level)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accommodation/care, social work, NGO or similar
- Leadership experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal records or special private extracts)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
