About the job

Our clinical operations combine the outpatient clinics and secretariats of the outpatient medicine department. Work is carried out Monday to Friday within regulated daytime working hours. For the medical department with a versatile, interesting, and lively range of tasks, we are looking for a committed team leader to start immediately or by arrangement.

MPA, MPK for Team Leader Outpatient Clinic Medicine 80% - 100%

Your Tasks

• Management and leadership of the outpatient clinic medicine
• Planning and organisation of the outpatient clinics
• Project collaboration on interdisciplinary processes
• General administrative duties
• Mutual representation of the team leaders of the clinical operations during absences
• Assistance within the team: scheduling, writing medical reports from dictation, coordinating internal and external enquiries from patients and referrers via email and telephone (reports, prescriptions, appointments) as well as diligent maintenance of electronic patient records (KISIM/Business Central)

Your Profile

• Basic medical training (MPA, MPK or similar), possibly with commercial further education
• Several years of professional experience in this field advantageous
• Leadership experience
• Experience in optimising and adapting processes
• High social competence, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good PC skills, ideally knowledge of Navision & KISIM
• Confident command of medical terminology
• Fluent oral and written expression
