Health Specialist / Medical Practice Assistant

The Heart and Vascular Centre combines the clinics of Angiology, Cardiology, as well as Heart and Vascular Surgery. As nationwide leading centres in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and circulatory diseases, the range of services includes the entire spectrum of interventional and surgical treatments. The Cardiology Outpatient Clinic offers the full range of outpatient cardiology services from check-up examinations to the diagnosis and assessment of complex heart diseases in children and adults. The evaluation is based on medical history, clinical findings, and stress tests. Various specialised consultation hours are conducted.

What to expect

• Performing ECGs (electrocardiograms) for outpatient and inpatient patients
• Assisting in the hypertension clinic as well as attaching and reading 24-hour blood pressure and sleep apnoea devices
• Conducting blood draws and various tests for outpatient patients
• Taking on administrative tasks and appointment scheduling
• Assisting in outpatient paediatric cardiology: performing ECGs, monitoring vital signs, supporting the conduct of exercise tests and applying Holter ECGs

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist
• Technically skilled working method with confident IT knowledge
• Dynamic, humorous, and team-oriented personality
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
• Fluent language skills in German and preferably also in French
