We are seeking, as of 1 December 2026, a committed nursing expert who will work together with our nursing teams to further develop nursing quality, bring evidence-based knowledge into practice, and drive innovative nursing concepts.

• Development and implementation of nursing and treatment concepts based on current nursing science and research
• Further development and assurance of nursing standards and guidelines
• Support of the management of the Group of Specialist Nursing Officers (wards, ICU, OR, anaesthesia, NF)
• Professional advice to nursing teams and support in complex nursing situations and case discussionsPlanning and conducting training and education sessions
• Initiation and leadership of nursing development and quality projects
• Leadership of the interdisciplinary Palliative Care Group
• Participation in specialist groups, including in the areas of fall, pressure ulcer and wound infection prevention as well as CIRS
• Professional leadership and further development of the specialist nursing officers on wards
• Participation in relevant commissions and interprofessional working groups
• Close collaboration with the nursing development management
• Direct nursing at the base level (only early shift, max. 20%)

• You have a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in healthcare or an equivalent qualification as well as leadership experience
• You have an independent, reliable and responsible working style with a high standard of quality
• You are a communicative, open-minded, motivated and team-oriented personality
