LGT PB Fund Solutions Ltd. establishes and manages tailor-made, EU-compliant investment funds (AIF and UCITS) under the umbrella of LGT. The team develops suitable fund solutions tailored to the needs of the LGT Private Banking Group.
In this exciting and responsible position, you are a central member of our Fund Solutions Manager team. Your main tasks include:
Independent management of existing fund mandates and responsibility for daily business, especially in connection with private market investments, including monitoring outstanding capital commitments and their maturities, coordinating capital calls and distributions, as well as managing liquidity in master-feeder structures
Programming and maintenance of complex Excel (VBA) files, including development and maintenance of individual tools and reports
Professional project management and coordination in launching new liquid and illiquid funds
Professional handling of customer inquiries and requests
Performing tasks within the lifecycle management of existing fund mandates, including coordination of mergers, splits, and liquidations of funds
Coordination and collaboration with numerous contacts and teams within the LGT Group
Independent preparation and follow-up of documents for investment committees, management meetings, and board meetings
For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality with the following background:
Completed studies in economics, finance, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in fund management, (fund) accounting, or a similar area
Practical experience in programming in Excel (VBA), including development and maintenance of individual tools and reports
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets
Experience in project management and coordination of fund projects
Enjoyment in dealing with customers, strong service orientation, as well as clear and convincing communication
Precise and reliable working style as well as a high quality standard for your own work
Empathetic demeanor, proactive action, and the ability to contribute your own ideas
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
