- Independent and professional nursing and care of clients in their own homes
- Responsibility for care planning as well as assessment and adjustment of care processes and their documentation in the nursing records
- Maintaining nursing documentation and service recording according to applicable guidelines
- Responsibility for case management of assigned clients
- Participation in quality development and continuous improvement of care processes
- Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Service- and person-oriented approach as well as a high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Independent, organisational talent, responsible and goal-oriented
