Dipl. Nurse HF/FH - 12H Shift (7:30-19:30) | Inhouse Spitex

For our inhouse Spitex at Senevita Limmatfeld we are looking for a professionally competent and committed Dipl. Nurse HF/FH.

In this role, you bear the professional responsibility in direct care and ensure a high-quality, needs-based support of our residents.

Working Hours

• Fixed 12-hour shift from 7:30 to 19:30
• Only one shift - no early/late or night shifts
• Plannable assignments in the inhouse Spitex operation

Care & Professional Responsibility

• Comprehensive care and support of residents according to the care process
• Professional responsibility for care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Execution and monitoring of medically prescribed measures
• Proper nursing documentation

Assessments (interRAI HC)

• Conducting interRAI HC assessments
• Regular review and adjustment of care classifications

Nursing Controlling

• Co-responsibility for correct service recording
• Compliance with care services according to needs and guidelines

Collaboration & Quality

• Close cooperation with FaGe, SRK nursing assistants, and the inhouse Spitex management
• Professional guidance and support of the team in daily nursing care

• Degree as a certified nurse HF or FH (mandatory)
• Experience in Spitex or long-term care is an advantage
• High professional and social competence
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
