Export Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

- Responsible for planning and organising export activities in accordance with regulations and requirements.
- Creating export plans and monitoring the shipping process for various markets.
- Coordinating with different departments such as sales, logistics, and customs to ensure smooth export transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Analysing export data and trends to optimise supply chains and processes.
- Maintaining databases and systems for export transactions and inventory management.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in the export process.
- Training and supporting employees regarding export regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification.
- Proven experience in export management or a similar position.
- Sound knowledge of export regulations and international trade practices.
- Excellent SAP skills and experience using export software.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various departments.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret export data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
