Case-leading Registered Nurse - Spitex
50% - 100%

Your tasks: 

• You are responsible for direct care and take on complex care situations. In doing so, you ensure the professional basic and treatment care of our clients.
• You independently plan and evaluate the entire care process. You take an active role in interdisciplinary collaboration and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients 
• You accompany, advise and support clients and their relatives with their concerns 
• You share responsibility in accompanying and supporting our trainees

Your profile: 

• You have a diploma as a Registered Nurse HF/FH and ideally already have professional experience in the outpatient sector 
• You possess extensive professional competence, which you can apply purposefully and confidently
• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with other people
• You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
• You hold a category B driving licence
