Machine Operator / Plant Operator / Production / Industry

Project:
For our industrial client, we are seeking an experienced operator to safely operate and monitor production equipment and ensure product quality. You will have several years of experience as an operator and a completed vocational training (EFZ or equivalent).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production and/or assembly equipment
• Ensuring smooth production processes according to specifications (quantities, deadlines, quality)
• Performing basic maintenance, setup, and changeover work on machines
• Quality control of manufactured parts (visual inspection, weight check, documentation)
• Recording and reporting production data in the system
• Adhering to safety, quality, and work instructions
• Contributing to process improvements and workflow optimization

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an operator/machine operator/plant operator in production or manufacturing
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Experience with metrology (measuring instruments such as dial gauges, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• High quality and responsibility awareness, precise and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system) - ideally, previous shift work experience
• Resilient, a team player, and flexible in a manufacturing environment

Languages:
• Fluent German (C1/C2) Level)
