About the job

• Participate in a time-critical, safety-relevant IT project
• Administrative support of project organisations and organisation as well as moderation of Scrum events
• Assumption of tasks in the context of scaled agility (e.g. participation in PI planning)
• Hub function between various stakeholders in projects and teams
• Preparation of presentations, decision-making bases as well as project documents including document storage
• Appointment coordination, correspondence and minute taking

• Advanced vocational training or degree in business informatics or business administration with a technical flair
• Ideally further training courses in agile methods (e.g. Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master)
• Several years of professional experience in a coordinating role in IT projects (e.g. Scrum Master, PMO)
• Good knowledge of tools such as MS Office, Confluence and JIRA
• Experience with SAFe is an advantage
• Structured, organised personality with an independent and proactive working style
• High moderation and communication skills across all hierarchical levels
• Business fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
