ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – WATCHMAKING INDUSTRY

Assembling small parts, mastering precise movements, repeating an operation with the same accuracy…

What if your know-how could open the doors to watchmaking?

We are looking for Assembly Operators to join the workshops of our clients in the watchmaking industry.

Your mission: bring the smallest components to life

• Carry out manual or semi-automatic assembly operations of watch components, notably clasps made of precious materials.
• Perform self-checks according to defined quality criteria.
• Ensure the IT tracking of your production.
• Respect procedures and objectives regarding quality, quantity and deadlines.

What if your background was your greatest asset?

Do you have watchmaking training, experience in industrial production, or a profession requiring excellent manual dexterity?

Sewing, nail care, jewellery, assembling small parts… Your skills could perfectly transfer to watchmaking!

What we are primarily looking for:

• Excellent manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
• A strong ability to concentrate, even on repetitive tasks.
• Rigor, autonomy and a good team spirit.
• Computer literacy and, ideally, experience with semi-automatic equipment.

Industrial experience, ideally in watchmaking, is an advantage.
