About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during head and spinal surgeries (SSEP, MEP, AEP, VEP, direct cranial nerve stimulation, phase reversal, D-wave monitoring, cortical and subcortical stimulation, etc.).
- You are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team conducting awake surgeries including mapping and monitoring.
- You support the medical team in performing diagnostic examinations on patients in the intensive care unit (evoked potentials, transcranial Doppler, etc.).
- You participate in establishing new examination procedures as well as quality assurance and improvement.
- You have regular working hours (Monday to Friday) without the need for on-call duties.
Your Profile
- You are a specialist for neurophysiological diagnostics (FND) or a medical-technical assistant for functional diagnostics (MTAF).
- You have prior knowledge in intraoperative neuromonitoring during neurosurgical procedures.
- You possess good IT skills and technical understanding.
- You have good German language skills.
- You enjoy working in a team, can work independently, are flexible, and have an interest in learning new things.
