About the job
What you will achieve:
- Answering calls, structured initial assessment and triage according to guidelines
- Efficient appointment coordination for callbacks by our medical team
- Written handling of enquiries via e-mail, chat or patient portal
- Entry and maintenance of patient data as well as careful documentation and follow-up of contacts, agreements, pending tasks and appointments in the system
- Important contribution to customer satisfaction through empathetic and clear communication, even in stressful situations
Why you will succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent qualification, you already have some experience in customer service, reception, call centre and/or a medical practice, for example in medical secretariat or pharmaceutical assistance
- You have a confident handling of digital systems, file management and structured documentation
- Your enthusiasm for telephony as well as your pronounced communication skills and willingness to learn complete your profile
- High degree of empathy, integrity and team player qualities
- You communicate fluently in spoken and written German; French and/or Italian is a plus
