About the job

• Answering calls, structured initial assessment and triage according to guidelines
• Efficient appointment coordination for callbacks by our medical team
• Written handling of enquiries via e-mail, chat or patient portal
• Entry and maintenance of patient data as well as careful documentation and follow-up of contacts, agreements, pending tasks and appointments in the system
• Important contribution to customer satisfaction through empathetic and clear communication, even in stressful situations

• In addition to a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent qualification, you already have some experience in customer service, reception, call centre and/or a medical practice, for example in medical secretariat or pharmaceutical assistance
• You have a confident handling of digital systems, file management and structured documentation
• Your enthusiasm for telephony as well as your pronounced communication skills and willingness to learn complete your profile
• High degree of empathy, integrity and team player qualities
• You communicate fluently in spoken and written German; French and/or Italian is a plus
