Chaos on the construction site? Not with you! You juggle deployment plans, think ahead and find a solution even when things need to be done quickly? Then you are our organisational talent!
You are the control centre for our construction sites in the Bern and Western Switzerland regions: Thanks to you, people and machines come together at the right place at the right time.
- You create well-thought-out deployment plans based on customer orders.
- You organise machine transports and ensure smooth processes.
- You find solutions when plans are suddenly thrown overboard.
- You keep a cool head - always.
- You take on on-call duty and support your team with deputising.
This is what you have to offer:
- Experience in dispatching.
- German is solid? French not entirely foreign either? Perfect!
- You are proficient in IT applications and have a category B driving licence.
- You communicate on an equal footing (also in French), are likeable and convincing.
- You like to work independently but are just as much a team player.
