Your Responsibilities
* Professional and personnel management of a small production team
* Production and programming: Manufacture of highly precise individual parts as well as independent creation of programmes using CAM systems (preferably Mastercam)
* Conventional machining: Operation of conventional machines as needed
* Ensuring an extremely high level of accuracy through the use of modern measuring and testing equipment
* Development prospect: Optional, gradual assumption of overall workshop management upon mutual success
Your Profile
* Successfully completed training and preferably further education as a mechanical engineer HF, industrial foreman or a comparable qualification
* Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
* Around 10 years of solid professional experience in CNC machining, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience
* Confident handling of CAM systems (preferably Mastercam) as well as ability to operate conventional machines
* Communicative, flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong quality focus, who feels comfortable in a small company
