Your Tasks
- Developing and further developing advisory services on the topics of old-age and risk provision, estate and tax advice, occupational pension schemes, and business succession
- Proactively driving and accompanying IT projects within the framework of pensions
- Active life-cycle management as well as ensuring smooth operation of the relevant product portfolio (reporting, sales support, continuous quality assurance, training measures, etc.)
- Creating analyses and developing solutions as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
- Assuming a coordination function and collaborating with various departments (sales units, specialist departments, IT, legal, and more)
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 6 years of experience in product management in the financial services industry, knowledge of the pension business is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, convincing presence with pronounced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High affinity for IT systems and digitalisation as well as interest in innovative technologies
- High social competence and resilient personality with strong commitment and initiative
- Strong communication skills in German
