The Digital Transformation Department of the Health Directorate drives the digital advancement of healthcare in the Canton of Zurich. In the "Process Digitalisation & Innovation" division, we implement digitalisation pragmatically, impact-oriented and with high speed – in future preferably with modular, flexible and reusable digitalisation services.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and implementation-strong personality as: Specialist Platform Innovation & Process Automation (Implementation & Coordination)
Your tasks
- Identification and analysis of digitalisation potentials in administrative processes
- Responsibility for the development, standard setting and support of digitalisation and automation projects, bots and AI solutions (evaluation regarding benefits, effort, risks and feasibility)
- Translation of professional requirements into concrete implementation steps
- Development and support of pragmatic solutions and prototypes
- Coordination and professional support of external implementation partners
- Coordination with internal IT on security, authorisation, integration and operational issues
- Promotion of knowledge exchange and digital skills in the specialist departments
- Ensuring quality, documentation and handover to operations
Your profile
- Several years of experience in digitalisation projects, process optimisation and automation
- Good understanding or willingness to learn in the area of digital platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform, SAP, Atlassian or comparable solutions
- Good understanding of business processes, data flows, interfaces, governance, data protection and information security
- Ability to implement professional requirements in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of strategic considerations and project management knowledge according to HERMES methodology
