To strengthen our secretariat at the Burgdorf location we are looking by arrangement for an experienced
Your Challenge
- You are jointly responsible with the interprofessional team for general secretarial tasks and the organisation of the secretariat
- You are at the forefront on the phone and reception
- You transcribe medical reports from dictation
- Further exciting administrative tasks await you
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and/or further training as a medical secretary
- You are skilled in writing medical reports and enjoy it
- You have a good "Gschpüri" for people and enjoy direct contact with them
- Very good PC/Office skills
- A flexible personality as well as responsible and integrous thinking and acting characterise you
