We are looking for new employees (m/f) for our in-house production department, which takes care of the conception, creation, and design of video and image materials for risem as well as for clients.
Your tasks:
Development and implementation of target group-oriented content (videos, simple After Effects animations, and images) for all communication channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Planning and conducting video shoots at client locations.
Conception of new video ideas that fit brand and communication strategies.
Video editing and post-production according to style guides and brand guidelines.
Reviewing, selecting, and optimizing image and video material.
Coordination and communication with external freelancers.
Creating vlogs for various events and projects.

Your profile:
Creativity and a sense for visual storytelling.
Experience in video production, editing, and image processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and clear expression, especially during shoot appointments with clients and communication with freelancers.
Technical know-how for the correct use of our equipment (Sony FX and Sony a7 cameras, various lenses, and lighting).
In-depth knowledge of image and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom).

You have either completed a degree/training, are self-taught, or have already gained experience in an agency or in a freelance capacity (video, image production, or animation).
You have a deep technical understanding in the areas of camera, sound, lighting, and video editing.
You already have extensive knowledge of job-specific software (Premiere Pro, Davinci, Lightroom, Photoshop & After Effects).
You are creative, a team player, and have an eye for detail.
You have a clear and error-free expression in German and English.
You work independently, organize & finalize your own projects on time.
You have a quick grasp and high discipline.
You have the ability to follow existing processes.
You hold a driver's license of category B.
