Your tasks
- Support in accompanying young people and adults with disabilities in different living arrangements
- Support the personal development and self-determination of the persons to be accompanied
- Participation in team meetings
- Collaboration in various departmental responsibilities and in the management and organization of the residential group
- Active participation in project groups
- Weekend shifts about once a month

- Good Microsoft 365 skills and confident use of digital media
