• Processing of the change service from the offer to the completion of implementation
• Creating and calculating change service offers with specific service descriptions
• Creating and maintaining structures and bills of materials in SAP
• Carrying out requirements determination for replacement materials and special tools
• Supporting the system manager in the technical and logistical area as well as in conducting change conferences
• Processing technical solution variants in the change service
• Supporting the preparation of analyses and reports
• Representing individual improvement points in internal and external meetings

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ, with further training as a technical clerk or technician HF
• Mechanical or electrical basic knowledge with knowledge of the other
• Experience with SAP/S4 desired
• Experience in the military environment is an advantage
• Precise and independent working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality
• Fluent German skills, additional foreign languages (English or French) are an advantage

About the department

The service offering of the Business Segment focuses on providing services for tracked vehicles, recoilless weapons, as well as the infantry weapons cluster of the Swiss Army and international customers.
Whether the customer commissions an extension of use, the development of new solutions for the platforms, or the maintenance of systems or subsystems at RUAG, our focus is on cost, quality, and meeting deadlines.
Within the scope of business cases, the operational readiness of the Swiss Army's systems is primarily ensured with our expertise in project planning, maintenance, and system support.
Whether the customer commissions an extension of use, the development of new solutions for the platforms, or the maintenance of systems or subsystems at RUAG, our focus is on cost, quality, and meeting deadlines.
With our expertise in Order & Contract Management, Integrated Logistics Support, and system support, we are available to our customers to deliver the required services.
With your contribution, you maintain the data basis for Swiss Army products during the usage phase and ensure the national and international change service.
