At our Zurich location, we are looking for a qualified legal assistant as of December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Legal Assistant 80-100%
Your responsibilities primarily include the administration and billing of mandates, assisting in the preparation of complex correspondence, legal documents, and other writings in German and English (e.g., drafting letters according to specifications, formatting, proofreading), contact with clients, law firms, and authorities, receiving, forwarding, and processing incoming correspondence, deadline monitoring and scheduling, as well as file management. Organizing and coordinating incoming mail (physical and electronic) also fall within your area of responsibility.
Furthermore, you will take on extended tasks in communication, organization, and back-office management and support the team, among other things, in creating and publishing specialist articles, newsletters, and event announcements. You will also assist in preparing presentations, lectures, and publications to position the firm and be responsible for coordinating with marketing for internal and external events (planning, communication, implementation). You will support us in association management (member administration, preparation and follow-up of meetings, communication with members) and independently coordinate projects and internal processes, including interface management, documentation, and reporting, and assist the team in managing the website and social media profiles (content maintenance, planning and scheduling posts, monitoring).
With a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification and professional experience as a legal assistant, clerk, back-office manager, or a comparable position, you meet our desired profile. You are agile, attentive, and highly communicative and enjoy working independently as well as taking responsibility as a reliable contact person and sparring partner for organizational, communicative, and marketing-related topics. You have excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), profound knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with digital tools (CMS systems, social media, AI-supported applications), and want to be a valuable support to us as a reliable and balanced personality.
We offer you a varied and responsible role in a dynamic environment where you can apply both your classic assistant skills and your organizational talent, your experience in back-office management, your communication strengths, and your sense for marketing and events.
