We are looking for a
Cooking Assistant Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You support the operations management in leading and supervising the kitchen team
- Your tasks include active guest care as well as supporting the kitchen team in the production area or at the food service
- As a contact person, you respond competently to guests' questions and concerns
- You take on administrative tasks in the areas of inventory management, menu planning, offers and written communication
- You organise internal and external events and assist with their execution.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 6:00-16:00 / public holidays and bridge days off.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a cook
- You have already gained initial leadership experience in a larger company
- As a host personality, you convince with high social competence, a winning manner as well as an organised and solution-oriented way of working
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications as well as inventory management systems.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
- An impeccable reputation is required
