You love leading projects from A to Z to success and professionally guiding customers through complex implementations? Then you are exactly right with us.
In this versatile key role, you take responsibility for the introduction of new single or integrated facility services mandates. As the central hub between customers, sales and operations, you ensure a smooth transition from contract conclusion to successful go-live.

What awaits you

• You lead implementation projects for new customer mandates
• You are the first point of contact for our customers throughout the entire implementation phase
• You plan, coordinate and manage projects together with internal departments and customers
• You lead sub-projects and workstreams purposefully to success
• You are responsible for project-related communication and reporting
• You lead workshops and project meetings
• You analyse and clean relevant basic data (due diligence)
• You develop and implement support and management processes in the areas of Quality, HSE, KPI/Reporting, Finance and Change Management
• You ensure the readiness of all relevant facility service lines
• You prepare the seamless mandate takeover and ensure a stable operational start
• You provide occasional support for tenders, concepts and customer presentations

What you bring

• Completed training or studies, ideally in facility management or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the FM environment
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
