We continue to grow and are therefore looking to strengthen our team. After a thorough introduction, you will take over the support and administration of customers in all administrative areas of occupational pension provision.

Your tasks

• Customer contact by phone, e-mail and online portal
• Processing and control of entries and exits, master data, salary mutations and purchases
• Processing of electronic incoming mail as well as monitoring and processing of mutations and messages via the online portal
• Recording and control of business cases (e.g. WEF, divorces, retirements)
• Simulation calculations for various mutations and business cases
• Support and assistance for customers and insured persons for the online portal
• Assistance with claims processing
• Participation in year-end processing (salary adjustments)
• Participation in projects (e.g. process optimisation)
• Special tasks in consultation with the respective managing directors
• Deputising within customer support during holiday absences

 Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Further training or experience in the field of occupational pension provision
• Knowledge of the BVG administration application SP 6 is an advantage
• Good PC skills / IT affinity
• Reliable and responsible working style

• Very good German skills, additional languages an advantage
