PEKAM AG has been successfully operating as an administrator for predominantly company-owned pension schemes for almost 30 years. To complement our team, we are seeking, by arrangement, a committed and experienced individual for the responsible management of company-owned pension funds in actuarial administration.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the actuarial and administrative management of company-owned pension funds
• Support and advice for insured persons and HR managers
• Preparation of actuarial annual financial statements as well as the annual accounts and annual report
• Support of the foundation board within the scope of management tasks
• Development of decision-making bases in collaboration with the expert
• Coordination and control of cooperation with external partners and service providers
• Monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring professional communication

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training, with further education as a Specialist in Occupational Pensions with a federal diploma or similar qualification
• Extensive professional experience in the area of the 2nd pillar / pension fund
• Confident German, good English and French skills (spoken and written)
• Team spirit, flexibility, motivation and willingness to help
• Respectful, friendly and helpful interaction with team members, customers and beneficiaries
