Service Specialist 60%-80%
As a competence centre for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. This can be in inpatient long-term care, in specialised departments for dementia, rehabilitation and transitional care, or palliative care. We provide a suitable venue for culinary experiences or for events and conferences with our versatile gastronomy landscape. The services area includes a hairdressing salon, a foot care studio, and a physiotherapy practice. Thanks to our highly qualified staff and the innovative building with state-of-the-art technology, we are one of the leading institutions in the region.
Your mission:
You serve and pamper our guests in the à la carte restaurant, the bistro, or the residents’ restaurant and ensure a smooth service process. From taking orders to payment, you are there for our customers and enable them to have a cosy, pleasant stay. Additionally, you carry out mise en place and cleaning tasks and assist with banquets, seminars, and events.

This is what sets you apart:
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist or several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
- Native German speaker or very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Service orientation, organisational skills, attentiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Warmth and joy in dealing with people
