Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
Graphic wizard, talent for visual storytelling, or visual experience designer? As a Visual Content Creator at Swissgrid, you will significantly shape the visual appearance of the national grid company. You bring our complex topics around electricity, grid, and energy transition into graphics and visual communication media – precise, emotional, and cross-channel.
In this versatile role, you turn our topics into real eye-catchers: You are responsible for the ideation and graphic design of our topics. Your mission:
- You conceptualize and design visual content such as infographics for online, video, animation, and print
- You initiate knowledge transfer within the team and help colleagues expand their skills through targeted training
- You ensure that our corporate design is correctly applied across all channels
- You coordinate external agencies, photographers, and creative partners from briefing to approval
- You advise and support colleagues on all communicative and design-related matters

You speak fluent CMYK, think in vectors, and are not a prompt tourist? Perfect: For this position, we are looking for you, an inspired and inspiring personality with a talent for visual storytelling, a structured and quality-conscious working style, and a high competence in designing our topics. You bring the following qualities:
- Proven, several years of experience in designing graphics, animations, and ideally moving images
- Experience with AI tools for visual design
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Conceptual thinking and the ability to visually implement creative solutions
- A keen sense for typography, color, layout, and current design trends
- Confident handling of deadlines, specifications, and high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn new media formats, technologies, and design approaches
