The Wiesengrund Retirement Home, with 47 beds, is a small haven in Stäfa, situated on a sunny hillside above the shore of Lake Zurich. Here, in this idyllic and family-like setting, we create a peaceful home for our residents.

Your tasks:

• Professional, organisational and personnel management of the nursing team
• Ensuring the quality of care, taking into account legal, qualitative and economic aspects
• Close cooperation with the nursing management, strengthening the corporate culture
• Personnel development in nursing services, duty planning
• Participation in daily responsibility and supervision of trainees

Your profile:

• Training as a qualified nurse
• Initial leadership experience in the nursing sector
• Openness to continuous development of the retirement home
• Geriatric expertise
• Teamwork, personal responsibility and high social competence
