Electrician with Site Management and Leadership Responsibilities
Tasks
- Management of one or more construction sites with comprehensive responsibility
- Planning and coordination of work assignments in collaboration with the supervisory authority
- Ensuring timely and compliant execution of orders
- Efficient management of deployed resources such as vehicles, tools, and materials
- Leadership and supervision of assigned personnel on site
Requirements
- Completed basic training as an electrician with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- At least five years of professional experience in the electrical installation sector
- Professional experience as a site supervisor in an electrical company is an advantage
- Excellent spoken German skills
