On-Site Manager (m/f/d)

for demanding customer projects on site

#yourmission

As an On-Site Manager, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our projects directly at the customer site. You coordinate the processes on site, ensure smooth collaboration between customers, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety requirements are met.

• You plan and organise our construction sites on site and ensure smooth operations
• You take over the leadership, execution, and supervision of our installations and commissioning
• You prepare the capacity forecast as well as the required construction site documentation
• You coordinate all work from installation through commissioning to successful final acceptance
• You lead the installation and commissioning team on site organisationally and ensure clear task distribution
• You keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and project progress and coordinate continuously with project management
• You are the central contact person on site for customers, internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors
• You are responsible for compliance with work, health, and safety regulations on the construction site

• You have completed a technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
• You have more than three years of experience in on-site management in plant construction, ideally in intralogistics
• You bring relevant leadership experience in construction projects and know how to clearly coordinate teams on site
• You are a team player, convincing with implementation strength and always act customer-oriented
• Communication with different people, stakeholders, and cultures motivates and inspires you
• High willingness to travel - primary work location throughout Switzerland
• Good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• You hold a valid driving licence
