Tasks

Your tasksYour profile- You will be responsible for leading the wellness area in the absence of the SPA Manager/Director.- Successfully completed vocational training as a masseur or cosmetician and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in luxury hospitality in Switzerland, solid professional, industry, SPA & hotel knowledge is an advantage- Shift, free and holiday planning- A very high level of quality and responsibility awareness, polite manners, and a well-groomed appearance- Performing general administrative tasks- Very good computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, additional computer knowledge in Protel & TAC is an advantage- Professional advice and sale of treatments as well as our exclusive spa product lines- A warm personality with empathy, positive charisma, and multitasking ability- Ensuring the flow of information with all departments- Team spirit, physical resilience, and the willingness to go the extra mile and motivate others- Support at the SPA reception, treatments, and if necessary in the pool area during regular inspection rounds- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and any other foreign language is an advantage
