Completely redesigned and soon repositioned in the Luxury segment, the establishment will offer a premium experience blending contemporary elegance, authenticity, and Provençal art of living.
We are looking for a motivated and rigorous Assistant Housekeeper, capable of supervising the floor teams, ensuring the quality and cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and providing a high-quality and friendly customer experience.
- Gross monthly salary starting from 2290 euros per month depending on experience
- Food compensatory allowances (about 180 euros gross per month)
- Public transport coverage up to 50% or parking contribution (80 €/month)

Your mission
You assist the General Housekeeper in the administrative and operational management of the floor service (laundry, rooms, common areas). You support the maintenance staff (organization, coordination, control, training) and supervise stock management, responsible for service animation (briefing, recruitment) with the General Housekeeper.

Your experience and qualifications
· Excellent presentation
· Proficiency in English
· At least one year of experience desired in the role, preferably in the luxury or high-end sector
· Leadership, dynamism, service orientation, exemplary behavior, attention to detail, team spirit
· Ability to handle customer complaints and employee requests
· Mastery of brand standards in the luxury sector
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to train team members and develop their skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team
· Sense of initiative and anticipation
· Excellent managerial and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of OPERA software
