Health Specialist (m/f/d) as Vocational Trainer 60 – 80%

Your area of responsibility:

• Accompanying FaGe learners on their training path
• Designing learning sequences and contributing ideas
• Supporting and conducting competency assessments and IPA
• Conducting evaluation and qualification discussions
• Implementing introductory sequences for learners, interns, and trial learners

What you bring:

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in Spitex and case management
• SVEB certification or willingness to obtain it
• Motivation to help shape things rather than just go along
