Tyre fitter with power and drive wanted – as foreman in Sursee

As a foreman, you carry out the complete wheel and tyre service in our Sursee branch, perform wheel alignment and axle measurement at a professional level, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business. Start by arrangement, workload 60–100 %.

- As a foreman, you carry out the complete wheel and tyre service: mounting, dismounting, repairs and cleaning.
- You perform wheel alignment and axle measurement at a professional level.
- You coordinate the team, optimise processes and logistics, and ensure that everything always runs smoothly with us.
What you bring – we are looking for doers
- Completed apprenticeship as tyre technician EBA, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or comparable (pneumontuer)
- Strong practical experience in tyre service, mounting and axle measurement
- Great commitment, reliability and enjoyment of fast, clean work
- Natural leadership skills – you lead the way and bring colleagues along
- Good physical condition and a well-groomed appearance
