Your tasks as Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d)

• Independent management of electrical installation projects
• Planning and coordination of personnel, materials, and external services
• Technical leadership of site managers and project staff
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Customer support as well as coordination with clients and planners
• Responsibility for project costs, change orders, and billing
• Organisation of inspections and project documentation
• Support for costing and training planning

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training at master level, ideally as a certified electrical installation and safety expert (HFP) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in managing electrical installation projects in Switzerland
• Knowledge in costing, cost control, and change order management
• Experience with Messerli or comparable industry software
• Leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and structured working method
• Very good German language skills
