Mission

• Proactive sales and advice
• Recognise, seize and communicate customer needs to the Department Manager, who is the line manager
• Ensure good presentation of goods, check freshness and seasonality (shelves, second point of sale, promotional location)
• Ensure labelling complies with the labelling concept
• Carry out inventory according to specifications
• Note complaints and forward them accordingly
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Effective collaboration with internal and external suppliers and with customers
• Regularly pass on information and knowledge gained to colleagues
• "On the Job" training for employees and apprentices

Required skills and qualities

• Completed training in the food sector, with solid knowledge of fruits and vegetables
• Experience in a comparable role and good product knowledge
• First successful experience as a team leader
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Training in forklift and/or pedestrian pallet truck operation (SUVA standard) appreciated
• Availability to work Saturdays and start your shift from 6 a.m.
• Good command of MS Office
• Excellent command of French
