In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Chief Rehabilitation Physician and independently take on clinical tasks within your area of expertise. We are looking for an experienced nursing professional to start immediately or by arrangement asClinical Specialist (50 - 80 %)
Friday is a fixed working day due to medical presence planning. The other working days and the specific working hours will be flexibly arranged in mutual agreement according to the agreed workload.
The role offers the opportunity to independently take on clinical tasks within a clearly defined area of expertise and actively participate in medical decision-making processes.
Your Challenge
- Care of patients in musculoskeletal, oncological and increasingly geriatric rehabilitation
- Assumption of delegated medical tasks within your area of expertise in close collaboration with the medical management
- Conducting ward rounds, clinical examinations, as well as patient and family discussions
- Preparation of medical prescriptions in the areas of medication, diagnostics and therapy
- Writing progress, discharge and other medical reports
- Coordination and support of the interdisciplinary treatment process
- Close cooperation with the medical team, nursing staff and therapeutic services to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contact person for nursing staff of the rehabilitation ward as well as employees of the therapeutic departments
- Participation in medical and interdisciplinary briefings, case discussions and quality development processes
Your Profile
- Training as a nursing professional HF/FH with several years of professional experience, preferably in an acute hospital
- Completed CAS Clinical Specialist training or willingness to complete this training
- Strong interest in clinical issues and interprofessional collaboration
- Innovative, committed and solution-oriented personality with high initiative
- High social competence and excellent communication skills
- Responsible, resilient and flexible working style
- Organisational skills and structured working method
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
