Your induction:

• 8 weeks induction before the opening directly on site in our branch in Bern
• Comprehensive onboarding in assortment, tasks and daily branch routine
• Team building from the first day of induction
• Theory & practical training including modern e-learning methods

What we offer you:

• Hourly wage of 27.71 CHF

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for your own team as well as for the entire organisation and coordination of workflows in your branch
• Analysis of key figures and subsequent derivation of concrete measures
• Conducting regular employee appraisals and responsibility for employee development
• Support in recruiting as well as accompanying new colleagues (m/f/d) during induction
• Active advice to our customers and selling their favourite products
• Responsibility and execution of cashier duties
• Binding individual flower bouquets (after bouquet binding training)

Your profile:

• Ideally a completed vocational training (EBA or EFZ) as a retail merchant (m/f/d) and solid leadership experience
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks as well as employee development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Very good German skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Reliable availability on weekends, public holidays as well as early and late shifts (e.g. from 6 am or until 8 pm)
• Enjoyment of physically active work
• Passion for sales and pleasure in dealing with flowers and plants as well as great interest in floristry
