What to expect

Diverse projects in agile software development – directly on assignment with the client or in ti&m projects that we realize end-to-end for our clients
Assuming different roles in the project context such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner – depending on phase, setting, and strengths
Analysis of existing business processes, development of viable concepts, and support of implementation in interdisciplinary teams
Close collaboration with clients, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to design functional, viable solutions

What you bring

Several years of experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner in software development
Proficient in common methods in requirements engineering and agile project management (e.g., Scrum) – ideally complemented by relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a confident, structured demeanor towards clients and development teams
Completed studies in a technical or business-related field (FH/Uni/ETH)
Willingness to work on-site with clients in Switzerland
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
