Responsibilities

• You independently lead continuous improvement processes (CIP) in production and engineering.
  
• You implement technical improvement measures in close collaboration with production.
  
• You are responsible for managing and maintaining CIP materials and ensuring their availability.
  
• You support the setup, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure.
  
• You carry out simple repair work on equipment to guarantee operational readiness.
  
• You assist the maintenance team with technical questions and projects.
  

• You have completed a basic technical education.
• You bring solid experience in an industrial environment.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of Lean Management.
• You are confident in using PC applications (MS Office etc.).
• You act responsibly, reliably, and think entrepreneurially as well as networked.
• You communicate openly and appropriately in the German language.
• You are a flexible team player with a hands-on mentality.
