SUISA enables music to be used publicly and ensures that the music creators are fairly paid for this use. Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a qualified specialist for our financial accounting by arrangement until March 2026. The workload is about 60-80% and 100% during the year-end closing (mid-January – end of March 2026).These activities will excite you
- You are responsible for the processes and daily business in financial accounting
- You prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as the annual financial statement (accounting part) including Excel-based reporting
- You are responsible for the rough allocation of the joint tariffs to the sister companies in Switzerland
- You play an important role in the introduction of our new ERP system as of January 1, 2026 (MS Dynamics 365 F&O)
- You maintain close contact with our "Members" and "Distribution" departments for financial-technical questions (billing, payments, tax certificates, etc.)
This is what sets you apart
- You have a commercial and/or business administration education and ideally further training in finance and accounting
- You bring several years of experience in a similar position
- You have experience in Swiss GAAP FER
- Very good MS F&O and Excel skills complete your profile
- You can contribute your analytical thinking, process orientation, and project experience with us
