In doing so, you always keep an eye on profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
What awaits you
- Personnel management, development and promotion of the team
- Carrying out process and quality controls according to specifications as well as compliance with the hygiene concept (hospital)
- Coordination of ordering system
- Ensuring a qualitative service
- Information exchange with the customer
- Optimisation of all services
- Organisation and implementation of training
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a specialist, hotel housekeeping EFZ, building cleaning EFZ desired Further training in housekeeping, facility management or hotel industry is an advantage
- Professional experience in a comparable position as well as initial leadership experience are required.
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high flexibility
