To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, engaged in a major digital transformation, we are looking for a Project Benefits Specialist between 80 and 100%.
As a Project Benefits Specialist, you will work in close coordination with the head of the benefits division, the Product Owner, and the business specialists.
Supporting the head of the APNV benefits division, you ensure the proper management of cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Coordinate our business specialists and super users in projects to improve our IT tools
- Ensure, together with our business specialists, the documentation of IT applications and user training
- Maintain Excel tools, Confluence, and various forms used by benefits managers
- Manage the benefits division's contribution to cross-company projects
- Organize the collection of business needs upstream of projects to prepare requirements and business plans for our future benefits management tools & applications
- Coordinate various business initiatives
Your profile:
- Proven experience in the field of insurance benefits and project coordination or management
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written), German at least B2 level
- You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
- You have an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- You have good communication skills and an excellent sense of teamwork
