Finance Specialist
(80 – 100 %)
You are responsible for operational finance and accounting according to SWISS-GAAP FER, including the preparation of quarterly, interim, and annual financial statements for Estermann AG and other companies. In addition, you independently prepare budgets and forecasts, are responsible for cost management, and manage fixed asset accounting and inventories, including the valuation of work in progress. You also prepare and check periodic VAT returns, alongside other accounting tasks. You will be operationally supported by two employees.
You are confident in closing accounts, with further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a professional certificate, fiduciary with a professional certificate, business economist HF, or similar further education. You also have several years of experience in a finance specialist position (ideally including cost accounting). Personally, you convince with your open and team-oriented, empathetic manner, ideally some initial leadership experience, as well as integrity and a networked, entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. ERP (ideally Abacus) and very good Office skills as well as impeccable German are prerequisites.
