For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Clerk Administration for the corporate division Ventilation Cleaning in Bern.
Your Challenge
- Invoicing of completed orders, as well as creating reports
- Scheduling of maintenance, service, and fault orders with customers
- Assistance in planning / scheduling of orders
- Material management and ordering of order-related materials
- Recording and modifying customer data in our CRM system
- General office work (phone, emails, mail, etc.)
- Oral French skills are mandatory
Your Profile
- Commercial vocational training EFZ or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills with a feel for people
- Reliability, resilience, and independent working style
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good French skills are also required
- Advanced IT user skills (Word, Excel, business software)
- Ideally knowledge in the ventilation industry (KWL) or technical background
