We are looking for a sales-oriented personality as Head of Sales International, 80-100%, starting April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- Operational management of the Sales International department with two employees as well as sales representatives in the markets
- Acquisition and support of individual, group, and business customers
- Budget planning and coordination of all sales activities
- Planning and execution of sales activities domestically and abroad
- Management of sales channels with tour operators, hotels, and online travel agencies
- Organization and accompaniment of study and media trips
- Close cooperation with the departments Marketing, Sales Cruise Shipping as well as Tariffs & Billing in the areas of product management, marketing, and billing
- Collaboration and coordination with partner organizations
- Independent management of additional projects within the scope of sales activities
Requirements profile
- Commercial training with further education in tourism, marketing, and/or sales
- Sales and/or field service experience in tourism
- Diverse network in tourism
- Leadership experience in a small team
- Very good and confident German language skills
- Very good English skills required, additional language skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Winning charisma, resilient as well as confident in negotiation with assertiveness
- Travel activity approx. 20–30%, willingness to work evenings and weekends
