The Ilgenpark location is one of our three institutions. In Ramsen, it offers decentralised residential options and a day structure for adult clients.

From 1 February 2027 we are looking for reinforcement.

Day Structure Specialist (80% workload, Monday to Friday for at least six months)

Your tasks are:

Maternity cover until at least 31 July 2027
Resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in the day structure routine
Promotion of their development potential
Cooperative work as a key contact person
Close cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration to create a needs-based day structure
Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies

You bring with you:

Qualification as a care specialist specialising in disability care or equivalent training
Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one’s own actions
Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
