The Limmattal Hospital Association, with 188 beds in acute care and 126 beds in long-term care, provides extended basic medical care to over 100,000 patients annually.

This is where you get involved
- at reception and administrative support of outpatient and inpatient patients during admission
- in the recording and capturing of patient data in the ERP system Navision
- in checking and clarifying insurance coverage with accident insurance and health insurance companies
- in ensuring correct and complete recording of patient data
- as a contact person for patients, relatives and external offices for administrative questions
- in the preparation of elective admissions
- in email correspondence and other back-office tasks
You
- have completed commercial or medical training or possess a comparable qualification
- have experience in healthcare, especially in patient admission, administration or secretarial work, is an advantage
- have strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- have a structured and independent working style, even in stressful situations
- have good IT skills (MS Office is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of social insurance
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
